Project Overview
NanoBanana AI is a startup project I am currently operating. As a core member, I am mainly responsible for market research of new product functions, planning and writing of function topic pages, and SEO and GEO optimization strategies for different regions around the world, aiming to improve the search ranking and user conversion of products.
My Responsibilities
- Led product design and delivery of 6+ core AI features from requirements to launch.
- Deeply optimized prompt engineering for image generation quality and stability.
- Formulated and executed programmatic SEO strategy for organic growth.
- Built Python automation scripts for competitive research and keyword mining.
What I Did
As co-founder and product operations lead, I independently completed the full workflow from requirements analysis, page logic design, to frontend copywriting for each AI feature. I also managed the SEO/GEO optimization strategy targeting global markets, which drove core pages to rank #1 on Bing and Top 3 on Google.
